History

February.1943 "Fujii Shoten", who supplied Kobe Steel with goods, was founded.
February.1946 Kobe Steel designated Fujii Shoten as their executive distributor for their welding materials.
April.1957 Panasonic designated Fujii Shoten as the executive distributor for their welding equipment and consumables.
December.1961 Incorporated the business as "Fujii Shoten Co." at the capital of 20 million yen.
September.1971 The Name of Company was changed to "Fujii Wel Co."
October.1978 Fujii Wel became a subsidiary of Nissho Iwai Co.
(the ratio of shareholding: Nissho Iwai 80%, Employee-owned 20%)
April.2001 The Name of Company was changed to "NI Welding Co."
